This was OVER THE TOP interesting.

Have you thought about submitting this post to mamapedia? THis is exactly the kind of post they use/publish.

I have never seen this topic covered so well, from the inside like this. You have to submit this to them for review. It’s that good.

Please don’t let my enthusiastic over interest in therapists scare you. I just loved this post!

This is great information. I am looking into therapy for the first time and I have no idea what I'm getting myself into, so this is especially helpful for me. Thanks!

Great info and the part about "listening to your gut-" perfection. I don't know why it's so difficult for us to trust ourselves. The pit in our stomach is usually right on the mark.

This is really informative and useful! I've also had problems finding a good therapist and I didn't have a clue about the differences or what kind of questions to ask them. This is great. Thanks for the info!

Aimee...wow! This is great. I'm not in therapy now, but I have been in the past. I guess what you'd call talk therapy. We'd chat and chat week after week. I guess it was nice but I never felt like it went anywhere. I quit because it was expensive and time consuming and all I was getting was what I could do with my girlfriends for free (chatting and bitching!).

I've never heard of CBT, but it sounds interesting. Sometimes you wonder what the use is of all the talking. CBT sounds like it can be more promising for getting out of ruts. Thank you!
