		<description>That&#039;s so great that you decided to start running. Like the comment before me, I also did the couch to 5K program. It was great! Within 9 months, I&#039;m regularly running abut 10 miles a week now. You have the right idea, just start slow and take it easy. Listen to your body and walk when it hurts. Keep us posted as to how you&#039;re doing!

		<description>Hey Aimee, It is funny that you are writing about this. I, too, had this random urge to start running recently. I found this application on my iphone called C25k (Couch to 5K). It helps train you to go from being a couch potato (like me) to being able to run a 5K in 9 weeks. You do walk/run intervals. Each week you increase the intensity and amount of running until you are able to run for a full 30 minutes or 5K. You should check it out. You can also find it online.
